SFI in partnership with NPA, implemented the first day of the “Analysis and Planning” training for members of the Youth Incubator.

The training aims to strengthen young people’s capacities in analyzing community issues and challenges, identifying priorities, and developing planning skills for initiatives and interventions that respond to community needs. The training focuses on the four main themes of the Youth Incubator: Gender, Youth Participation, National Identity, and Social Economy.

This training is part of SFI’s ongoing efforts to empower young people and enhance their role in leading positive change by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to actively contribute to addressing community issues and creating innovative and sustainable solutions.
