SFI in partnership with NPA, implemented the second day of the “Analysis and Planning” training for Youth Incubator members. The training is part of a series of sessions aimed at strengthening young people’s capacities to understand, analyze, and address community issues.
The second day focused on analyzing a number of issues and challenges facing youth and the wider community within the incubator’s four main themes: Gender, Youth Participation, National Identity, and Social Economy. Participants explored the root causes and impacts of these issues, identified related problems, and examined the factors contributing to them.
Participants also took part in group activities and interactive discussions designed to enhance their critical thinking and analytical skills, and to strengthen their ability to examine community issues from different perspectives. This will support them in the upcoming stages of planning and designing initiatives and interventions that respond to these challenges
