SFI, in partnership with NPA, implemented the second day of the “Position Paper Writing” training for Youth Incubator members as part of its efforts to strengthen young people’s advocacy and decision-making engagement skills.
The second day focused on guiding participants in selecting the topics for their position papers based on the four main themes of the Youth Incubator: Gender, Youth Participation, National Identity, and Social Economy. Participants were also introduced to the steps of preparing position papers using a clear and structured approach.
Working in groups, participants identified the issues they will address and began preparing the first drafts of their position papers by defining the main topics, objectives, and target audience. This process will support the development of evidence-based position papers that reflect community priorities and strengthen advocacy efforts.
