بيت لحم – اختتمت مؤسسة ملتقى الطلبة، فعاليات تدريب “لجنة الانتخابات الشبابية”، الذي نُفّذ بالشراكة مع لجنة الانتخابات المركزية، بمشاركة 10 مجموعات شبابية من محافظتي بيت لحم والخليل، واستمر على مدار خمسة أيام من التعلم والتفاعل والنقاش البنّاء

وجاءت الجلسة الختامية مميزة، حيث خُصّصت لمناقشة قانون الانتخابات الفلسطيني المقترح، فشهدت تفاعلاً كبيرًا من المشاركين الذين أبدوا وعيًا متقدمًا بالقضايا القانونية المرتبطة بالترشح والاقتراع والرقابة الانتخابية. كما طرح الشباب مجموعة من التوصيات النوعية الهادفة إلى تعزيز المشاركة السياسية وضمان تمثيل أوسع للشباب في الحياة العامة

وفي ختام التدريب، تم تكريم المشاركين وتسليمهم شهادات تقدير،

وأكد القائمون على البرنامج أهمية هذه التدريبات في تمكين الشباب وإعدادهم ليكونوا فاعلين في صياغة المستقبل الديمقراطي لفلسطين، مشددين على أن الاستثمار في وعي الشباب هو الخطوة الأولى نحو تغيير حقيقي ومستدام

‏Bethlehem – SFI concluded the activities of the “Youth Elections Committee” training, in partnership with the Central Elections Commission. 10 youth groups from the governorates of Bethlehem and Hebron participated in this training which lasted five

Days.

‏The final session was particularly notable, as it focused on discussing the proposed Palestinian elections law. It witnessed strong engagement from the participants, who demonstrated a high level of awareness regarding legal issues related to candidacy, voting, and electoral oversight. The youth also presented a set of thoughtful recommendations aimed at enhancing political participation and ensuring broader representation of young people in public life

‏At the conclusion of the training, participants were honored and awarded certificates of appreciation

‏Organizers emphasized the importance of such trainings in empowering youth and preparing them to play an active role in shaping Palestine’s democratic future, stressing that investing in youth awareness is the first step toward real and sustainable change
