تعاونية زراعية في تقوع بالشراكة مع ملتقى الشراكة الشبابي ومؤسسة ملتقى الطلبة

Bethlehem – The Shababi Tuqu’ entrepreneurial group has launched the “Tuqu’ Cooperative,” an agricultural initiative implemented in partnership with the Youth Partnership Forum and SFI. The initiative aims to strengthen the resilience of residents in lands threatened with confiscation and to secure sustainable sources of income for young people amid the difficult economic conditions.

The initiative focuses on cultivating lands threatened with confiscation in areas classified as (C) with economically viable seasonal crops, within a cooperative framework that ensures fair distribution of responsibilities and revenues among participants. The project supports families affected by the deteriorating economic and political situation while reinforcing the Palestinian presence on the land.

The main goals of the initiative are to economically empower young people through productive cooperative projects, rehabilitate and cultivate agricultural lands, and enhance the steadfastness of citizens in threatened areas, while creating a successful model of youth cooperatives that can be replicated in other communities.

This initiative reflects the spirit of collective action among Tuqu’ youth and their determination to find practical and sustainable solutions that protect the land and support the resilience of Palestinian society.
