Bethlehem –SFI in partnership with the Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), implemented a training program for members of the Youth Incubator and their volunteers, focusing on the topics of planning and developing internal regulations.
The training aimed to enhance participants’ capacities in planning and organizing internal work in a way that ensures clarity of roles and responsibilities, and contributes to improving the institutional work mechanisms of the incubator.
The session witnessed notable interaction from attendees, who engaged in discussions and practical activities that reinforced their understanding of strategic planning concepts and the importance of having clear and effective internal regulations.
This training comes as part of a series of activities implemented by the Youth Incubator to empower young people and provide them with the skills and tools necessary to create positive change in their communities.
