SFI Holds the First Session of Monitoring and Evaluation Training for Its Staff

Bethlehem – SFI held today the first session of a training series on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for the institute’s staff, in partnership with the Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA).

The training was delivered by Dr. Lina, who introduced the key concepts of monitoring and evaluation and highlighted their importance in ensuring institutional effectiveness and the quality of implemented projects.

Dr. Lina emphasized that monitoring and evaluation are essential tools for improving performance and enhancing decision-making within institutions, by tracking activities and measuring their impact on target groups.

This training comes as part of a series of capacity-building sessions aimed at strengthening the administrative team’s skills in monitoring and evaluation, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the institute — contributing to better quality projects and services.
