SFI, in partnership with NPA, launched a specialized training series for SFI volunteers on influencing decision-makers, aiming to strengthen their capacities and develop their skills in communication, advocacy, and community participation.

The first day of the training focused on “Communication Skills,” with an emphasis on developing effective communication skills and enhancing volunteers’ ability to express their ideas and deliver their messages clearly. This contributes to strengthening their role in community work and encouraging their participation in creating positive change.

These trainings are part of SFI’s efforts to empower its volunteers, build their capacities, and strengthen their role in making a positive impact in their communities.
