SFI in partnership with NPA, concluded the third and final day of the “Analysis and Planning” training for Youth Incubator members. The training aimed to strengthen young people’s capacities and empower them to contribute to addressing community issues.

During the final day, participants continued working on the issues analyzed throughout the previous two days. Working in groups, they developed initial plans and ideas to address challenges related to the incubator’s four main themes: Gender, Youth Participation, National Identity, and Social Economy, by proposing practical initiatives and solution

The training concluded with group presentations and discussions of the proposed ideas, highlighting the importance of applying the knowledge and skills gained to design and implement youth-led initiatives that create a positive and sustainable impact in their communities.
